Beneficial Owner

Any corporate entity or individual which, in respect of another corporate entity, owns or controls 25% or more, has the right to appoint or remove a majority of the board of directors, has the right to exercise a dominant influence over that entity or otherwise has the ability to direct that entity in accordance with their wishes.
