19 - Rights of Third Parties

19.1    These Rules set out the basis upon which we will operate the Scheme. The agreement that the administration of Retention due under your Contract will become subject to these Rules takes effect as an agreement between you, us and the counterparty to your Contract.

19.2    No one outside of you, us and the counterparty to your Contract has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce, or to enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Rules.
