3 - Effect of Application to Join the Scheme

3.1    We will take your completion and submission of the online registration form (whether in relation to a Tier 1 Contract or a Subcontract) as your agreement to join the Scheme and be bound by these Rules in the administration of the Contract.

3.2    Once both parties to the Contract have confirmed their agreement to the Rules, the Rules will be binding on both parties. To the extent that they conflict with any provision of the Contract, the Rules shall have priority over the Contract.

3.3    Once the Rules have become binding on the parties, you will be required to continue to administer the Contract in compliance with the Rules until the Contract is discharged from the Scheme under the terms of Rule 10.1.

3.4    You will not be able to withdraw from the Scheme without the other party to the Contract’s consent, unless one of the circumstances in Rule 10.1 applies.
