Sanctions Authority

The government of the United Kingdom, the Council of the European Union, the United States of America, the United Nations (UN) and in each case their respective governmental, judicial or regulatory institutions, agencies, departments and authorities responsible for the implementation and enforcement of sanctions, including (without limitation) the UN Security Council, His Majesty's Treasury and the UK's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, the Department of Business and Trade and the Export Control Joint Unit.
