5 - Our Interest in the Retention Funds

5.1    Our interest in any funds held in a Contract Account is fiduciary as trustee for the purposes set out in these Rules (but without any obligation to invest) with effect from the date that the Contract Account is set up until the Contract is discharged from the Scheme under Rule 10.1 or otherwise.

5.2    All interest accruing on amounts from time to time held in all Contract Accounts shall belong to us.

5.3    We will not be entitled to make any withdrawals or transfers out of a Contract Account except as permitted by these Rules.
