Construction Contract
An agreement by which one party is required or permitted to:
- Carry out Construction Operations;
- Arrange for other people to carry out Construction Operations;
- Provide labour for the carrying out of Construction Operations;
- Provide architectural, design or surveying work; or
- Provide advice on building, engineering, interior or exterior decoration or on the laying-out of landscape.
