2 - Joining the Scheme

2.1    Applications to join the Scheme are conducted in accordance with the Pre-qualification Information.

2.2    By making an application to join the Scheme, or otherwise consenting that your Contract should be admitted to the Scheme:

2.2.1    You warrant that you and your Contract comply with all eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 1 of the Pre-qualification Information;

2.2.2    You warrant that all information provided by you as required by paragraph 2 of the Pre-qualification Information is up-to-date and accurate;

2.2.3    You agree that you will notify us if at any time:

(a)    You, the counterparty to your Contract, or the Contract itself no longer comply with the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 1 of the pre-qualification information; or

(b)    The compliance information you have provided under paragraph 2 of the Pre-qualification Information requires updating.

2.2.4    You agree that you will be bound by these Rules and will fully comply with any obligation that they place upon you.
